The South Australia Men are looking to make a strong start to their 2024-25 Sheffield Shield campaign with a win against New South Wales at Cricket Central starting on Tuesday, 8 October.
On the back of taking five wickets in the win against WA in the One-Day Cup, Nathan McAndrew is in good form ahead of the Sheffield Shield season. New Men’s state captain, Nathan McSweeney will welcome the additional experience of Alex Carey and Travis Head who return from international cricket for their first match of the domestic season.

The SA Men will be hoping to maintain the momentum from their undefeated record in One-Day Cup cricket this season when they swap to the red ball on Tuesday.
