For Schutt, the contract announcement comes on the back of some strong bowling displays in the ICC World T20 playing for the Commonwealth Bank Southern Stars. With seven wickets to her name, the right-arm fast bowler finished the tournament as Australia’s leading wicket-taker and was rewarded for her effort by the ICC with selection in the women’s team of the tournament.
