Go Green Campaign

  1. The promoter is the South Australian Cricket Association Ltd (ABN 44 623 135 393) (SACA) whose registered office is at Adelaide Oval, War Memorial Drive, North Adelaide SA 5006.
  2. To be eligible for this competition, the entrant must be a financial 2023-24 SACA Member (including those on the Absentee List) and opt into receive their 2024/25 Membership renewal form via email only during the campaign period (9:00am Wednesday 5 June 2024 to 11:59pm Monday 10 June 2024).
  3. Employees of SACA and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition are not eligible for the competition.
  4. The competition will run from 9:00am Wednesday 5 June 2024 to 11:59pm Monday 10 June 2024.
  5. SACA reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  6. SACA is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  7. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prize is subject to availability and SACA reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. 
  8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  9. The prize winner will randomly be selected at or around 3:00pm on Tuesday 11 June 2024 at the SACA office, Adelaide Oval, War Memorial Drive, Adelaide SA 5006.
  10. There will be one (1) winner.
  11. The first name and last name initial of the winners will be published on the South Australia Cricket Association website.
  12. There is one prize for this competition – a Roofclimb Adelaide Oval Double Pass Voucher (valued at $218).
  13. The prize winner will be contacted by telephone initially, followed by confirmation via email, using the contact details supplied at the time of entry. The prize winner will be contacted on Tuesday 11 June 2024. The Prize winner must confirm acceptance of prize by 5:00pm on Tuesday 18 June 2024. 
  14. Prize must be collected from the SACA office, Adelaide Oval, War Memorial Drive, Adelaide SA 5006 or posted to the winner’s postal address.
  15. If the winner is unable or unwilling to take a prize as stated or has not claimed the prize by the confirmation date above, the winner will be deemed ineligible and will forfeit the prize. The next eligible entry randomly selected will be deemed the prize winner, and this redraw will take place at or around 10am Wednesday 19 June 2024 at the SACA office. If required, the name of the prize winner will be announced on the website on Wednesday 26 June 2024.
  16. These terms and conditions apply in addition to Roofclimb Adelaide’s Terms and Conditions. As per Roofclimb Adelaide’s Terms and Conditions, the minimum age for persons to partake in the Roofclimb is eight (8) years old and medical clearance is required for persons over seventy-five (75) years old.   1. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned or if the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this promotion is affected for any reason, SACA may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, change or suspend the competition. SACA may disqualify any individual who has, in SACA’s opinion, engaged in conduct which is fraudulent, misleading or generally damaging to the reputation of SACA or has breached these Conditions of Entry.
  2. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, disaster, or other force majeure event, SACA reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
  3. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of SACA, SACA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
  4. The Conditions of Entry constitute the entire agreement between SACA and entrant and will be governed by the laws of South Australia. If any part of the Conditions of Entry are held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, it will be severed and will not affect the remainder, which will continue in full force and effect.
