Match Day SMS: To report bad behaviour during cricket matches, text Adelaide Oval security on 0400 TELL US (0400 8355 87). This number is printed on the back of the SACA Member cards. Please provide as much information as possible (i.e. exact location and incident details) so the issue can be addressed as soon as possible.
Card Only Payments: Adelaide Oval is a cashless venue. All credit and debit cards will be accepted and will be exempt of any surcharges imposed by the venue. This change has been implemented to deliver faster service for patrons (less fumbling for change) and is more convenient for patrons who don’t carry cash.
Patrons attending Adelaide Oval with cash as their only option are welcome to attend stadium concierge (inside South Gate entry) to exchange their cash for a Prepaid Gift Card. Cards will cost $4.50 to activate and will last for 36 months. The QR code on the reverse of the card will confirm the expiry date. Cards cannot be recharged. Stolen or lost cards cannot be replaced. Adelaide Oval does not provide cash out on the remaining prepaid Gift Card Value. Any un-used credit can be used at future events or any other venue within the precinct. Click here for more information.
Storage/Cloak Room: There will be no storage area/cloak-room available for the holding of suitcases or other property during cricket events.
Parenting Rooms:
- SACA Members: There are two parenting rooms available in the Members’ Area for this match - one in the Riverbank Stand on Level 1 (western end) and one at the south end of the Chappell Stand (western stand) on the ground floor underneath the stairwell leading up to the Phil Ridings Bar. Parenting Rooms are well equipped to ensure you and your baby are comfortable and include change tables, cubicles with chairs for breast feeding, toilets and a microwave.
- Public: There are baby change tables in the public areas mounted at accessible heights. All doors into parenting rooms and toilets have good circulation space.

Please be reminded that prams and strollers cannot be stored in mobility impaired seating areas.
- SACA Members: There are two pram and stroller storage locations for Members, with kick rails available to secure your pram or stroller to with your own bike chain and lock. Please see concierge upon arrival for more information.
Children’s wristbands: As a safety measure, caregivers can collect a wristband to record contact details for children from Adelaide Oval Stadium Concierge, located inside the south gate (next to Koffee Ink).
