Access and Seating
Members Entry: SACA Members and Transferable Associate Cardholders can gain access by scanning their Member Card upon entry. A reminder that Member Cards (blue and yellow cards) are not transferable and can only be used by the Member. Members must carry their Member Card and photo ID at all times whilst in attendance at Adelaide Oval. If someone else is found using your Member Card a suspension or cancellation of Membership will apply. Random identification checks will be conducted on cricket match days.
Copies or photographs of Member Cards, including Transferable Associate Cards, will not be accepted and entry will not be permitted.
The North or South gates are preferable entry points to access the Members' Area.
Public Entry: Enter through the East or South gates by scanning your public entry ticket. Public tickets can be purchased here.
Conditions of Entry: Adelaide Oval Conditions of Entry and Cricket Australia Ticket & Entry Conditions apply to all patrons attending this match.
Members' Area Dress Code: SACA Members should review the dress standards prior to attending the match. We encourage Members to ensure that their guests are also aware of the dress standards. For more information on the SACA Members’ Area dress standards click here.
Members Seating: Seating for SACA Members and their guests will be located in the western stands and Levels 3 and 5 in the Riverbank Stand. Seating in the SACA Members’ Area is non-allocated seating (except for Reserved Seat Members and Daily Seat Holds in the Sir Edwin Smith Stand). Seats will be available on a “first come, first served” basis.
For the first time this season, Members will have access to all of Level 5 in the Riverbank Stand during the NRMA Insurance Test Match. Along with a new exclusive bar on the Lindsay Head Terrace, this area will provide ample shade and a great view of the action on the field.

Alcohol-Free Seating in the Members’ Area: There are two designated alcohol-free seating bays (bays 314 and 315) which are located on Level 3 of the western stand in the Members' Area. This seating will be available on a “first come, first served” basis.
SACA Members' Area Free Reserved Seat Stickers: During the NRMA Insurance Test match, Members and their guests will be issued with a free reserved seat sticker upon entry each day to the Adelaide Oval. Members can use their sticker to reserve a seat in the Members' Area. Reserved seat stickers can be used to reserve your seat from gate opening to start of play, during the tea break (40 minutes) and during the dinner break (20 minutes). Outside of these times, seats cannot be reserved and will be open for other Members to claim.
SACA Member Daily Guest Passes: Daily Guest Passes are not available to purchase for Days 1-3 of the NRMA Insurance Test match. Daily Guest Passes can be purchased via Ticketek for Day 4. Day 5 Daily Guest Passes will be sold via Ticketek once play has been confirmed on Day 4 to go ahead for Day 5.
Members Children and Grandchildren: Children 9 years of age or younger (as at 31 August 2024) can gain free access to the ground if accompanying their parent or grandparent who is a SACA Member (not available to Transferable Associate Cardholder's children). If a Member's child has turned 10 years of age on or before 31 August 2024, they can no longer gain free access to the ground with the Member. They can enter on either their own Junior Membership, a Transferable Associate Card, or on a Member Daily Guest Pass (on Days 4 and 5).
Members with children or grandchildren under 10 are encouraged to place their child's name on the waitlist for Membership as soon as possible.
SACA Member Daily Seat Holds (Pre-Reserved Seating): Members have the opportunity to purchase a Daily Seat Hold for each day of the Test Match in selected bays of the Members' Area. Transport
Public Transport: Members and ticketholders can travel to and from the match for free on presentation of a Member Card, Transferable Associate Card or match day ticket to the driver or customer service staff. Free travel applies to all regular bus, tram and train services to and from the city. Additional bus, train and tram services will be in operation on Days 1 - 3. Car Parking: Members can pre-purchase car parking in the Adelaide Oval north car park (off Pennington Terrace) through Wilson Book-a-Bay. Casual car parking is available on a "first come, first served" basis. Car parking will be sold at $35 per car (subject to availability and weather). Click here for more car parking information.
Disabled Car Parking: A limited number of disabled car parks are available in the Adelaide Oval north car park (off Pennington Terrace). Please purchase match day car parking and present your disability permit upon entry. Just notify the Adelaide Oval representative when you arrive at the car park that you would like to be directed to the disabled car parking area (subject to availability).
Daily Road Closures and Restrictions:
- War Memorial Drive: 10:30am - 10:30pm
- King William Road: 9:00pm - 10:30pm (25km/h speed restriction)
- Pennington Terrace: 9:00pm - 10:30pm
Venue and Facilities
Match Day SMS: To report bad behaviour during cricket matches, text Adelaide Oval security on 0400 TELL US (0400 8355 87). This number is printed on the back of the SACA Member cards. Please provide as much information as possible (i.e. exact location and incident details) so the issue can be addressed as soon as possible.
Card Only Payments: Adelaide Oval is a cashless venue. All credit and debit cards are accepted and will be exempt of any surcharges. Patrons attending Adelaide Oval with cash only will be able to exchange cash for a complimentary 'Cash Card' from Concierge, located at the southern entrance.
Storage/Cloak Room: There will be no storage area/cloak-room available for the holding of suitcases or other property during cricket events.
Parenting Rooms:
- Members: There are two parenting rooms available in the Members’ Area - one in the Riverbank Stand, Level 1 (western end) and another at the south end of the Chappell Stand (western stand) on the ground floor underneath the stairwell leading up to the Phil Ridings Bar. Parenting Rooms are well equipped to ensure you and your baby are comfortable and include change tables, cubicles with chairs for breast feeding, toilets and a microwave.
- Public: There are 11 baby change tables in the public areas mounted at accessible heights. All doors into parenting rooms and toilets have good circulation space.
Prams and Strollers: Prams and strollers are permitted within Adelaide Oval, however, for the safety and enjoyment of all patrons, prams and strollers should be stored in one of the pram/stroller storage locations (left at your own risk). Please be reminded that prams and strollers cannot be stored in mobility impaired seating areas.
- Members: There are two pram and stroller storage locations for Members, with kick rails available to secure your pram or stroller to with your own bike chain and lock. Please see concierge upon arrival for more information.
- Public: There will be a specific pram parking concierge located outside of the East Gate. This pram parking area will be staffed. We highly encourage you to use this service.
Sensory Spaces: Located next to the East Gate entrance on Level 1, this space is available for people of all ages who have sensory sensitivities or other hidden disabilities such as autism, anxiety, mental health conditions, dementia, visual impairment and deaf or hearing impaired. Smoke Free Stadium: Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes, is not permitted at Adelaide Oval. Patrons who smoke in areas of Adelaide Oval will be evicted from the oval.
Cricket Etiquette: Please remember to show consideration to others by limiting movement in seating areas during play. It is particularly important to remain seated during an over. Standing or sitting in aisles or on stairways is not permitted due to safety regulations. Click here for more information regarding cricket etiquette.
Catering and Entertainment
SACA Village Green: Located behind the western stand, the SACA Village Green is exclusive to the Members' Area, with big screens, food stalls and entertainment, it’s the perfect place to watch the cricket in a more relaxed setting whilst catching up with friends. This year we welcome additional bars, seating and plenty of shade so you can enjoy your afternoon and evening out the back.
We're also thrilled to announce the return of Fashions on the Green (Day 2, dinner break), the Style Bar and Barber as well as an exciting new Wine Bar. There'll be live music throughout the day and an all-new Kids Zone.
Lyn Fullston Lawns: Exclusively available to Members, the Lyn Fullston Lawns will play host to a range of food trucks and seating options. This area is located next to the outdoor practice nets and indoor centre.
Lindsay Head Terrace: Located on Level 5 of the Riverbank Stand, Members and their guests have exclusive access to this new bar in the sky, featuring stunning views of Adelaide's skyline. Enjoy a range of premium food and beverage options, easily accessible from the Level 5 seating area.
William Magarey Room: Members will have access to this exclusive new area for the first time at this year's NRMA Insurance Test Match. Enjoy live music, Q&A's with the best cricket talent, food and beverage options like sushi and pizza, and of course big screens and easy access to Member seating in the Riverbank Stand so you don't miss a moment of the action. Plus, it’s all air-conditioned, so you can relax and enjoy in comfort.
Bodyline Bar:
- Day 1 - Closed for a SOLD OUT SACA Member dining event
- Day 2 - Closed for a SOLD OUT SACA Member dining event
- Day 3 - Open to all Members and their guests, subject to capacity (the leather seating area will be closed for a sold out SACA Member dining event)
- Day 4 - Open to all Members and their guests, subject to capacity
- Day 5 - Open to all Members and their guests, subject to capacity

Members' Kids Zones:
- Village Green Kids Zone - Located in the Village Green (behind the western stand), kids will love the variety of inflatables and activities.
- Free Play Cricket Area - Located on the Tennis Court and Bill Cossey Pavilion (behind the outdoor practice nets), kids can put their cricket skills to the test. This area can be easily accessed from behind the western stand and will provide plenty of undercover space for the kids to run around.
Both Kids Zone areas are available for children aged 12 and under. All children must be supervised by their adult parent or guardian.
