The South Australian Cricket Association & RAA are proud to launch the second year of the youth girls’ leadership program designed to empower the next generation of trailblazing leaders shaping our future!
Emerging Leaders is a series of immersive leadership workshops exclusively for young women aspiring to make a difference.
Participants will explore a spectrum of advanced leadership themes at each session, from emotional intelligence to accountability and strategic decision-making.
APPLICATION CRITERIA:
- Girls aged 14 – 18 as of 1st September 2025
- Registered player or volunteer at a cricket club for the 2025/26 season (any competition)
- Attendance at ALL sessions
WHATS INVOLVED?
Three immersive sessions spanning the cricket season professionally delivered by Psychologist Mindy Simpson to develop leadership skills & confidence
These sessions include:
- Interactive and engaging workshops
- An assessment to understand your leadership styles
- Online development modules
- Peer support and learnings from each of the participants
- A session with current high profile female sporting leaders
