The promoter is the South Australian Cricket Association Ltd (ABN 44 623 135 393) (SACA) whose registered office is at Adelaide Oval, War Memorial Drive, North Adelaide SA 5006.
To be eligible for this competition, the entrant must be a financial 2023-24 SACA Member.
Employees of SACA and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition are not eligible for the competition.
The competition will run from 10:00am Friday 3 May 2024 to 9:00am Monday 13 May 2024.
The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
SACA reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
SACA is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prize is subject to availability and SACA reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
To be entered into the competition, entrants must follow the entry method. Entrants will only be eligible for up to the maximum number of entries.
Entries must not contain any content that is obscene, profane, defamatory, objectionable, or otherwise inconsistent with the promoter’s brand.
You can only enter once. Multiple entries by the same person will not be permitted.
Entries that do not comply with the instructions on how to enter will be disregarded.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The prize winner will randomly be selected at or around 3:00pm on Monday 13May 2024 at the SACA office, Adelaide Oval, War Memorial Drive, Adelaide SA 5006.
There will be two (2) winners.
The first name and last name initial of the winners will be published on the South Australia Cricket Association website.
There are two prizes for this competition. Prize #1 is a two (2) night stay at Oval Hotel and a $100 Bespoke Restaurant Voucher (valued at $668). Prize #2 is a Bleasdale Wine and Square 1 Gin Pack (valued at $139).
The prize winner will be contacted by telephone initially, followed by confirmation via email, using the contact details supplied at the time of entry. The prize winner will be contacted on Tuesday 14 May 2024. The Prize winner must confirm acceptance of prize by 10:00am on Tuesday 21 May 2024.
Prize must be collected from the SACA office, Adelaide Oval, War Memorial Drive, Adelaide SA 5006.
Rights for alcohol prizes will not be distributed by or to any person under 18, nor can a person under 18 dispense or collect an alcohol prize. Entrants will be refused service of alcohol or provision of an alcoholic beverage prize if it would breach any relevant laws or codes including those relating to the responsible service of alcohol. The Promoter supports the responsible service of alcohol.

Any additional expenses are the responsibility of the winner.
If the winner is unable or unwilling to take a prize as stated or has not claimed the prize by the confirmation date above, the winner will be deemed ineligible and will forfeit the prize. The next eligible entry randomly selected will be deemed the prize winner, and this redraw will take place at or around 10am Tuesday 21 May 2024 at the SACA office. If required, the name of the prize winner will be announced on the website on Tuesday 28 May 2024.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement (and, in the case of an entrant aged under 18, the agreement of the entrant’s parent/legal guardian) to be bound by these terms and conditions.

In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, disaster or other force majeure event, SACA reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of SACA, SACA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
The Conditions of Entry constitute the entire agreement between SACA and entrant and will be governed by the laws of South Australia. If any part of the Conditions of Entry are held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, it will be severed and will not affect the remainder, which will continue in full force and effect.
